The first change has been to integrate our exclusive ScreeningPack service into the programme. For the first time, you are able to seamlessly join the OSA diagnostic process into the comfort of your patients’ home with first class equipment and technical support for those patients going on to therapy. This simple structure allows you, the clinician, to have total control over the administration of screening and equipment issue for your patients.
The second change has been to simplify our therapy package. We now have available just two contract offerings: a 1 year contract or a three year contract. We have consolidated our device offering and can now exclusively offer the top-of-the-range M Series Auto with the ComfortGel or ComfortFull PatientPack. You then choose whether or not a humidifier is required for your patient. So, because we like to keep things straightforward your choices are as easy as 1,2,3!

Remember, we will download your patients’ data card in the 1st week, 3rd week and thereafter at 3, 6 and 12 months and send you your report or post it on a secure intranet. Yearly device checks to ensure the machines are in tip-top condition are part of the package and the most important thing: we are here to help you care for your patients. newMOST has been designed to not only provide you with advice and support with your equipment, but also provide your doctor with valuable information on how you are progressing with your treatment.
For a monthly payment from just £50.00 over one year, or from £30.00 over 3 years* we will provide and maintain your CPAP device and you will also receive a PatientPack™ each year you are on therapy.
The CPAP device we use is the M series REMstar® Auto. This is our top-of-the range machine used throughout the world to effectively treat sleep apnoea patients. Also, a complete ComfortGel™ or ComfortFull2™ face mask with common spares and all the machine filters you need for one year** are all included in your rental. For more detail on these products please have a look at the brochures I have included for you, so you can become more familiar with the equipment we provide. I have also included a sizing gauge so you will know which size mask you will need, should you choose to proceed with our service.
When your device needs servicing, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent directly to you so you are never without your therapy, this is a service we provide free of charge.
The way we obtain information on how your treatment is progressing is very simple. Our Sleep Support Team will send you a letter and a questionnaire to complete and you send the questionnaire back to us, and including the data card from your device. This data card is used to provide the progress report that we send to your doctor or sleep nurse so they can help you with your treatment if needed.
