What is the PatientPack?

This Pack contains a complete ComfortGel of ComfortFull2 interface and is primarily aimed at patients who wish to purchase their own mask. This may be due to patient choice or sometimes, the budget limitations that many sleep lab’s are faced with may limit the replacement times of types of mask that can be offered.

What’s in the box?

In addition to the mask described above, the patient also receives an information DVD, M Series CPAP device spare filters, patient tube and spare headgear. If they are self funding, they also receive a further discount of 10% on subsequent purchases direct from Respironics UK.

How do I use the Patient Pack?

You can purchase this yourself and issue it to the patient. This gives you the mask plus accessories and educational DVD in one box. Alternatively, you can simply refer the patient directly to us on 0800 652 0303 if you wish and we can take it from there. The PatientPack can also be used with PACT.

For Patients

As a PatientPack member you will have access to our dedicated Sleep Support Team who will give you equipment and technical support when you need it, even if you are an experienced user.

With PatientPack, you will receive a second mask, spare tubing, headgear and one year’s supply of filters and a DVD explaining more about CPAP and your condition.

There are also additional benefits for you as a PatientPack customer, you will receive a 10% discount on additional equipment, first priority on new products and priority invitations to special events.
