The SleepLab Pack is both a product and service offering for you, conveniently packaged in one box.
Product: The pack contains CPAP device and interface accessories required for 1 years supply ¹ for M Series Auto/Pro and Comfort Gel or Full2 interface. Specifically, there are two versions: SleepLab pack for ComfortGel™ and SleepLab Pack for Comfort Full2™.
Service: In addition to the above, we also provide you with compliance reports for your patients who receive the pack. The standard set intervals are 3 weeks, 3 months, optional 6 months if the patient is non-compliant, and twelve months. The reports can be sent to you as either a printed hard copy, via email as a PDF file, or posted on a secure website – just let us know your preference by ticking the relevant box on the SleepLab pack reply card.
Once you issue an M Series Pro or Auto and a ComfortGel or Full 2, you simply hand over the appropriate Pack to your patient. You then fill in the reply-paid card, keep your portion for your records, issue the patient wallet card for his/her information and return the middle section to us (so we can send you your compliance reports).

The SleepLab Pack is a one-off purchase per patient. There are no contracts, no tie-in and no hidden clauses with hidden costs.
At the end of the 12 months, if you are happy that your patient is compliant, then simply choose not to purchase another pack. However, if you are concerned, or would like to keep an eye on their compliance then simply purchase another SleepLab Pack. After all, it saves you ordering the accessories they need to keep the device and mask well-maintained and still gives you the data you need to make effective clinical decisions.
